ABOUT
Dominika Podczaska was born in Warsaw, Poland and from 2023 she is based in Los Angeles as a Cinematography fellow of American Film Institute Conservatory.
Dominika is a member of Polish Society of Cinematographers PSC and co-funder of FDOP - a Polish Collective of Female Cinematographers.
It's been over a decade now she has been working as a Director of Photography.
Dominika is awarded scholarship cinematography fellow of American Film Institute Conservatory (25'), alumna of Global Cinematography Institute in Los Angeles (2017) and SCRIPT program in Wajda Film School in Warsaw (2019). In addition, she graduated School of Journalism (BA), American Studies Center (MA) and Laboratory of Reportage at the University of Warsaw.
Dominika works worldwide on feature films, short movies, documentaries and tv commercials. She speaks Polish, English and Spanish.

Dominika among six talented filmmakers who have been awarded a scholarship to attend 2-years Master program in American Film Institute Conservatory in Los Angeles.

Dominika has been recognized by PRESS magazine as one of the Top 10 Cinematographers to watch in Poland.
2024 - PHOTO EXHIBITIONS IN POLAND
Dominika's photography has been a part of DOP SHOTS exhibition curated by Janos Gallery and Polish Society of Cinematographers. So far this exhibition has been presented during Krakow Film Festival and Warsaw Film Festival and also stacionary in Janos Gallery in Warsaw.
